Which hotels do you deliver to?
Hotels in Hamburg within about 13 km of our shop in HafenCity – for example in the city centre, St. Georg, St. Pauli, Altona and around the trade fair grounds. If your hotel is further out, just ask us on WhatsApp.
What do I need to enter when ordering?
As delivery address, the hotel name and address; as recipient, the name the room is booked under. Simply add the arrival date and, if known, the room number in the order notes.
Can the bouquet arrive at the hotel today?
Often, yes: if you order by 4 pm (Saturdays by 1 pm), we can frequently deliver the same day – unfortunately not for every order. We do not deliver on Sundays.
What if the guest hasn’t checked in yet?
We leave the bouquet at reception. Usually the hotel keeps it until the guest arrives. Delivery on the arrival day is the safest option – if in doubt, check briefly with the hotel.
How can I pay?
Online with PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay – easily from abroad, too.
How much does delivery to the hotel cost?
Delivery costs a flat €5 per order – hotels included.
